When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.
Certain items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PT will ship Tuesday.
Please allow sufficient processing and transit time for event orders.
Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately we will attempt to assist in correcting the error.
After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy.
If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
How to Return Orders – DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Returns, include your order number and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition and in its original package.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
A 20% restocking fee applies.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
Pack your return shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable.
Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers. Refunds are not honored on slight color variations.
Damage/Shortage Claims – Accepted Once per Order
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 15 days of delivery.
Claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery.
A photo of the damaged item is required on all damage claims.
Claims must be submitted in writing.
There is no additional cost for your replacement.
Please wait until you have received your entire order before submitting a claim.
We cannot replace items more than once per order and submitting additional claims will result in denial.
Cancellation Policy We pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.

Damaged or Defective Orders Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers, and pictures. Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive full refund.
